As the pace of economic globalization, regional integration, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, enterprise employment structure and values have changed dramatically, personal needs become more diversified and personalized. As the mainstay of the middle-level managers in enterprises, because enterprises in senior management and the basic management, plays an important role in upload, their performance directly affects the survival and development of enterprises, therefore, to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism of middle managers, is particularly important.Through the relevant literature on the incentive theory and its application to the carding found, theory and Application Study on how to better motivate staff and senior managers of more, and for the study of middle management incentive is less, but the middle management is an important business strategy implementation, the daily management of the implementation, can not be ignored for the sustained and healthy development of enterprises, this paper will be the incentive theory as the guide, combined with the incentive of middle-level managers of YC sales company, launches the application study on middle management incentive problems, in order to further enrich the relevant theory and practice.In this paper the research background, significance, the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of incentive and sorted and summarized, then the basic situation of YC company to do a simple introduction. In the middle management of YC sales company satisfaction survey, the discovery and analysis of YC sales incentive problems in middle management, and then clear the new incentive optimization goal, principle and overall plan design mechanism, to the middle management personnel salary incentive mechanism, performance assessment and incentive mechanism, training the incentive mechanism and the optimization design of the promotion system and enterprise culture construction etc.. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new mechanism, should adhere to the people-oriented, stability, specific and comprehensive principle, need to top managers change concepts, strengthen the implementation of the new mechanism of support. Establish and improve the internal management system, strengthen the training and education of middle managers and guide. In the aspect of application of incentives, to fully consider the individual differences between middle managers and individual needs of different, have different incentive, the combination of material incentive and spirit incentive, the incentive effect to achieve. Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and the incentive effect, evaluation the final implementation effect on the new incentive mechanism, provide the basis for the further improvement of the new incentive mechanism.
