Study On The Grass-roots Backbone Technical Talents In Shengli Oilfield

The grass-roots backbone technical talents who are the core force in production and business operation,and also are the local practitioners,organizers and promoters of all oilfield policies play an important role for the healthy development of the oilfield.Currently,Shengli Oilfield puts forward the idea of "to build a world-class company and to realize leading development",in which the four strategies including resource,market,integration and green with low carbon are listed and four development roads including enlarging oil and gas business,strengthening professional business,optimizing mineral area services and romoting cooperation between the oil field and local government are determined.The key to achieve such goal and complete such mission lies in the grass-roots talents.However presently there's still a long distance to establish a high level grass-roots backbone technical personnel crew in Shengli oilfeid,and the current crew are facing such problems as insufficient quantity,lacking of quality,improper construction and distribution,etc.,which affects the scientific and long development of the oilfield.Therefore,analyzing the problems lying in cultivation of grass-roots backbone technical talents in Shengli Oilfield and putting forwarding correspondent measures will be of great practical significance for establishing a grass-roots backbone talents crew with sufficient quantity and good quality,promoting scientific development for the oilfield,and building a world-class oilfield.The practical significance of strengthening cultivation of grass-roots backbone technical talents will be discussed fully in this article.The study methods of document and data analysis,questionnaire investigation,expert consultation,and behavioral event interview will be used in this article to research and analyze the present situation,theory and methods for cultivation of grass-roots backbone technical talents.The present situation as well as the problems and experiences in cultivation of the grass-roots backbone technical talents in Shengli Oilfield will be summarized.The quality and capability model of the grass-roots backbone technical talents in Shengli Oilfield will be established,and with the model as the guide,the measures and suggestion on strengthening cultivation of the grass-roots backbone technical talents in Shengli Oilfield will be put forward.
