From the business process reengineering theory born to now academic circles and business circles at home and abroad in the development of theory and practice is a lot of useful exploration, the business process reengineering is still a hot issue in the field of management science. Many enterprises hope to restructure many aspects through the business process reengineering of organization structure, management system of enterprises, in order to enable enterprises to quickly respond to changing needs of customers and markets, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry, but the implementation of BPR project is not as good as expected, high failure multiple problems rate, low convergence, reengineering effect cannot be lasting exposed in practice.In this paper, based on the business process reengineering in performance excellence model, namely the enterprise with excellent performance management model into the premise, discusses on the basis of business process reengineering approach. This method is the emphasis on the use of performance excellence model integration, continuity, process supervision and strategic focus on the change of business process reengineering, such as business process reengineering of the customer market orientation into strategic orientation performance excellence model; the performance excellence mode requires the systematic and integrated concept into the process reengineering, the ability to play between the departments of joint problem solving, realize the unity of process and between departments; business process reengineering the traditional management mode of thinking is often to the customer satisfaction based on, but the trend of economic development requires the enterprise cannot ignore other related parties to meet, so the business performance excellence model process reengineering to related parties to fully consider the satisfaction in the process reengineering based on value chain, and achieve common development.The first BPR to the traditional management mode of the case were collected and analyzed by the various problems arising in the process of BPR implementation, then the business process reengineering of traditional management mode based on performance excellence model the BPR mode, principle, performance and other aspects of the comparison, the article highlights conclusion the performance excellence model based on the BPR than the traditional management mode under the BPR more practical and profitability.
