With the development of the economic globalization, Especially after China wad absorbed by WTO, Logistics industry has made quickly development. Along with more competition,3PL(Three Party Logistics) as a "Third Profit Source" got more attention by enterprise. However, in the wave of the more and more logistics companies joined in, and the logistics industry of china opened up step by step,3PL market competition is fierce. Big international logistics company and large state-owned enterprise, newly individually-run enterprises become a member of the market, our country faces the unprecedented challenge and opportunity.In this paper, the writer was trying to utilize and use the basic concept of the enterprise management, by means of analysis a international logistics company, to integrate the theory of the strategic management. This article by using PEST method and Porter’s5powers competition mode to analyze the macro/inter external environment, at the same time we got the strategy of the D company under the help of SWOT.This article consists of five parts.The first part is exordium:introduce the background、purpose and the general information. Then it expounds the roadmap and research method of this article.The second introduce the theory of the logistics and strategic management,included the formation of the3PL, the development and the types of the strategic management.The third part systematically and thorough analyzes the external environment of the D logistics company and the internal resource and capability. Such as political/law environment, macro environment. At the same time, by the use of the Five competition driving forces and the analysis of the external competitors, suppliers. Then we get the macro view of the normal external environment and competition situation. Also we get the internal environment analysis and integrated with the internal resource and capability.The forth part is about the choice of the strategic management for D company:uses the tool of SWOT to analyze the status that is faces, then find the different development strategy for different market and competition condition.The five part is about the implement of the development strategy: According to the practical situation, implement from HR view, Internal integration and strengthen the alliance all-in-one.The last part:conclusion, introduces the main result of the conclusion, and the expectation.
