Study On The Radical Innovation Model And Management Mechanism Of AVIC HAIG

In the era of knowledge economy, new technologies are emerging, theconversion speed of innovation achievements is becoming faster and faster, and thecompetition between enterprises has become fiercer and fiercer. Large enterprises tomaintain long-term competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, mustcarry out the strategy of radical innovation, research in frontier technology, breakthrough major technological bottleneck, and seize the gaps in the market to play aleading advantage. Under this background, this paper takes AVIC HAIG as a researchobject, the main influence factors of its radical innovation are analyzed, the radicalinnovation model and management mechanism is designed, and the guarantee tacticsof the radical innovation are proposed, which has great significance in improving theradical innovation ability of AVIC HAIG.Based on the analysis and review of the related studies at home and abroad, theconnotation and types of technology innovation is researched in this paper, radicalinnovation is defined, and the basic characteristics of radical innovation is proposed.Meanwhile, the innovation present situation of AVIC HAIG as well as the mainfactors which drive or block its radical innovation activities is researched. Radicalinnovation model is defined, the main types of radical innovation model are analyzed,and the design ideas and principles of the radical innovation model of AVIC HAIGare proposed in this paper. On the basis of the above study, theindustry-university-institute cooperation model and the enterprise alliance model aswell as the network virtualization model are designed respectively. The main factorsinfluencing the choice of the radical innovation model are put forward, and its choicemodel is constructed. The radical innovation management focus of AVIC HAIG isanalyzed, the frame of the radical innovation management mechanism is designed,and then the subject synergistic mechanism and the learning mechanism as well asthe conflict handling mechanism of the radical innovation are respectively designed.Finally, from the strengthening support of local government, the strengthening organizational innovation and cultural innovation, and the establishment ofintellectual property rights protection system, the radical innovation guarantee tacticsof AVIC HAIG are designed.The study on the radical model and the management mechanism as well as theguarantee tactics provides effective support for AVIC HAIG, can also guide similarenterprises to carry out radical innovation activities...
