Study On The Perfection Of Rural Science And Technology Service System In Changde City

In this paper, Changde City is taken as the research object. The status of agricultural science and technology service system were analyzed in Changde City, and the system’s major problems are put forward. The author examines and analyzes the determinants and factors incisively, proposes concrete ideas on necessity, feasibility and development of this system, and constructs the innovative, practical and replicable model of this system. The intended result is to make this system will be more responsive to meet the needs of the new industrialization in rural areas, to improve agricultural science and technology service and to provide a reference for other cities.This paper discusses the technology service system in rural areas for the following five aspects:The first part indicates the background and significance of perfecting this system The second part describes the concept and theoretical basis of this research; The third part analyzes the current situation of agricultural science and technology service in Changde city, and proposes major problems faced in the construction stage; The fourth part presents the ways on how to improve this service system; The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook.The innovations in this paper:Firstly, farmers are regarded as the main part in this paper. The author pays attention to farmer participation which will usually be ignored and not be mentioned in other studies and researches. During this paper the single operation mode previous studies will be broken through with the use of horizontal and vertical methods. By exploring the current situation of agricultural technology service system, investigating and in-depth analyzing, the specific measures to further improve the system and specific measures are suggested.Secondly, the Agricultural Technology Service System in Changde City is setted down as a basic research unit. The abstract of this system is further refined and the huge research objectives are narrowed thus avoiding the problems such as incomplete analysis, unspecific operation, indefinite target, imperfect construction systems and other difficult issues.
