This paper proposes to set up performance measurement system which is appropriate for long-term development of construction enterprise with Performance Prism mode as guiding ideology, BSC as directive framework, index system combining with financial evaluation index and non-financial index and which emphasizes on construction of supporting systems and organizations from view of building a harmonious society. This system can be taken as a reference of performance measurement of domestic construction enterprises.
