With the deepening of market competition, our country employment situation more and more serious, forcing more and more university graduates, and unemployed personnel to focus on the social entrepreneurship. After that, the relevant government departments and academic researchers gradually began a series of research on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial opportunity identification as the starting point of the entrepreneurial activity is the key to entrepreneurial success factors, so the study of entrepreneurial opportunity identification is the focus of scholars both domestic and abroad. In addition, relative to large and medium-sized enterprises, miniature enterprise easier to create and manage, and the provinces have issued the miniature enterprise support policies, so the miniature enterprise to the attention of more and more people. In this case, most entrepreneurs are more inclined to create a miniature enterprise. Based on this, the research on the issue of entrepreneurial opportunity identification, this paper explores entrepreneurial opportunity identification, provide theoretical guidance for entrepreneurs who want to create a miniature enterprise.This paper attempts to study the influencing mechanism of the micro enterprise entrepreneurs’human capital and social capital on opportunity recognition. On this basis, analysis of these two factors which influence on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition larger. In addition, previous research on entrepreneur human capital and social capital can explain the individual characteristics of entrepreneur and its social network why can lead to identify opportunities as a result of different, but cannot explain the inner mechanism of the process. Carding the existing literature, I found that the entrepreneurial alertness, in some extent, affect the entrepreneurial opportunity identification, but at the same time, it will be affected by the personal characteristics and social relations. In summary, this paper considers introducing the entrepreneurial alertness into the model, to explore the inner mechanism of entrepreneurial alertness as mediator variable of human capital, social capital and entrepreneurial opportunities recognition.This article mainly uses the method of combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. First through reviewing and summarizing relevant literature domestic and abroad, then put forward the related theoretical hypothesis. And then we use the questionnaire survey way to get the data and to validate the proposed theoretical assumptions. This article is divided into five parts, the first part introduces the research background and significance, and clear the research process and contents. The second part review home and abroad relevant theoretical findings. The third part constructs the theoretical model of framework, and describes the questionnaire design, distribution and retrieval. The fourth section use SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools to analyze the collection of data, and verify the theoretical assumptions. The fifth section summarizes the research conclusions and innovation points of this paper, and explains the limitations of this paper and the future research direction.In this paper, firstly, we comb the relevant theory about human capital, social capital, entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Secondly, we select domestic and international maturity scale. Thirdly, we examine the direct impact on relations and mediate the relationship between variables based on the effective sample of155of Micro-enterprise data. Data analysis results are as follows:(1) The micro-enterprise entrepreneur human capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.(2)The micro-enterprise entrepreneur social capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.(3) The effect of the micro-enterprise entrepreneur human capital and social capital on opportunity recognition has differences, and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition by the greater impact of social capital.(4) Entrepreneurial alertness has no significant intermediary role in the relationship between human capital and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. (5) Entrepreneurial alertness acts as a mediator in the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.
