With the further deepening of China’s financial system reform, combined with the new situation after the accession to the WTO, as well as the international background of global financial integration for the development of China’s commercial banks has brought new opportunities and challenges. Foreign banks, the advanced culture of the enterprise management concepts, the development of state-owned commercial banks a huge competitive pressures quickly become the new requirements under the current situation with the international standards. The introduction of advanced management of the condition of our country ways and means, the state-owned commercial banks not only the structure of the modern commercial banking system has the inherent power of modern commercial banking, corporate culture management will be ready to come.The state-owned commercial banks are actively building a corporate culture in line with China’s national conditions, and with their own actual situation of the corporate culture and management integration, and gradually formed a cultural management strategy in line with their own values. For the vast cultural diversity, cultural branch points over a broad area, the state-owned commercial banks, has important strategic significance. This article use management principle of grid theory and the theory of Marxism, the paper first introduces the characteristic of the management of state-owned commercial banks in corporate culture and hierarchy.
