Following, the paper analyzes the internal resources of WeiYe, and obtains the advantages and disadvantages ability of WeiYe.Through the above analysis, the paper applies of SWOT analysis to formulate thecompetitive strategy and business development strategy of WeiYe. It should use product and market expansion strategy which belong growth development strategy.And on the strategic level of competition, WeiYe should use differentiation strategy as based, supplemented by overall cost leadership strategy.Finally, the paper proposes4strategic safeguards. It is including of: establishment of flat innovative organizational structure, technological innovation strategy, talent strategy, strengthen the marketing team, strengthen and establish a sound internal control mechanisms.
