The Development And Utilization Of Female Resources Of Villages Around Cities From The Perspective Of Gender

With the increase of population in the urbanization, rural areas round the cities has been programed into cities with their strong expansion. So there is " village around the city". With this more and more problems appear. And a lot of scholars has researched these problems, but few of them pay attention to female resources. In the21th, human resources has played a major role in accumulating wealth and become dominant. Therefore it is important for the realization of women’s own value, the development of urban and rural areas and the construction of new countryside to develop women resources rationally.The author selected a village which has belonged to the city of Shijiazhuang to investigate on the base of a broadly-based read about research results of female resources both at home and abroad. The author has analized the current situation of female resources of Dvillage from the two aspects of quality and structure. And she has summarized the external and internal factors which restrict the development of women resources. Then from the perspective of universality and particularity of female resources, the author has put forward some proposals. Firstly, from the perspective of self community and society we should realize women’value through creating the conditions. Secondly, we should seize the unique advantages of women all ages to develop their abilities. This makes the elderly can do something in the old age and middle-aged women do something and the young people do their best to do everything.
