Research On The Performance Evaluation Of The Collaboration Between Logistics Companies And Manufacturing Companies

With the continuous development of economy and technology，the importance of logisticsservices in the whole industry chain has get more and more attention. Especially for manufacturingenterprises, how to reduce the raw material purchasing, storage cost and the logistics cost in theprocess of sales is the key to improve enterprise profits. Manufacturing companies and logisticscompanies work together to simplify the transaction process in the supply chain, reduce thetransaction costs between enterprises, to improve operational efficiency and to save the cost for theenterprise.This article has a view of the arising and developing of collaborative logistics, and summarizesthe different cooperative mode between manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises. Thearticle also has discussion and analysis on the logistics enterprise performance evaluation methods,the advantages and disadvantages of existing evaluation methods were pointed out. In addition, thearticle also discusses the theory of synergetic, expounds the generation, meaning, research objectand principle and concept of synergetic, and manufacturing enterprise and logistics enterprisesynergy system by using the theory of synergetic.With the support of these theories, in this paper, we use the analytic hierarchy process andfuzzy comprehensive analysis method to select a series of can comprehensively reflect themanufacturing enterprise and logistics enterprise, and builds a multistage fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation system of manufacturing companies and logistics companies working together.At last, we use the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate thecoordination between automobile enterprises and the logistics enterprises in Wenling, and find theproblems existed; also we put forward some suggestions.
