A Study On The Efficiency Of Industry-University-Research Cooperation In Anhui

In recent years, with the continuous development of economy, innovation has been valued. In the context of the knowledge economy era, technological innovation has become a central theme of development. A country or a region which want to maintain the rapid growth of economy depends on technology innovation. An enterprise that want to make a steady stream of economic profits in the increasingly fierce market competition relies on technological innovation. So, today’s nations and regions have committed to upgrading their technological innovation, accelerate the pace of technological innovation, and strive to seize the commanding heights of technological innovation. As "industry-university-institute" cooperation is a effective ways to promote technological innovation and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, it’s highly favored by countries and regions.Anhui also done a lot to promote research cooperation, but overall, in terms of research collaboration, a gap still exists between Anhui and some developed province. So this essay carries on the thorough empirical study on the basis of some theoretical analysis. Through the study of the performance evaluation of "industry-university-institute" cooperation in anhui province, and comparing with other provinces, we can see clearly that the location and the existing problems of the performance of "industry-university-institute" cooperation in anhui. This essay analyses the cause of these problems and puts forward some corresponding policies. This has a certain significance to promote anhui industry-university-institute cooperation performance, improve the ability of technology innovation, and promote regional economic development.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the research background and research purpose, explains the concept and connotation of university industry cooperation, analyzes the reletive subject and their status and role. It also summarizes the theory of technological innovation, three screw theory and synergetic theory as the key theoretical basis, then outlines the related research at home and abroad. So the first part lay the theoretical foundation for later or even the whole paper.Secondly, this paper analyzes the influence factors of cooperative performance. With reference to previous research experience and research results, combine of the index establishing principle and the actual situation in Anhui province, the performance evaluation index system of university industry cooperation in Anhui is established; Comparing the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the mainstream evaluation method, this paper chooses the factor analysis method as the evaluation methods, and briefly introduces the main steps and the process of factor analysis; Combining with the established evaluation index system of Anhui province and collecting relevant data, this paper uses the factor analysis method to evaluate the Anhui provincial cooperation performance. Through the analysis, the comprehensive score of Anhui province cooperation performance is-0.10310938, which is lower than the national average and ranks thirteenth in the country. while in the central six provinces, Anhui Province comprehensive score ranks second only to Hubei Province. Hubei Province comprehensive score was0.28279573which is higher than the national average level and ranks in the eighth row. Then based on the factor analysis results, the main factors are analyzed briefly.Thirdly, based on the previous empirical analysis results of performance evaluation of cooperation between Anhui province and through comparative analysis, this paper concludes several issues affecting Anhui provincial cooperation performance, including R&D insufficient investment, low level of enterprises participating in the cooperative, low level of technology innovation, low level of new technology and new product market. Then combining with the theories and empirical analysis of Anhui industry university cooperation, this paper also concludes the reasons of these problems, including the lack of a conducive environment to the cooperative, undefined enterprise technical subject status, the low transformation rate of technological achievements and the not perfect technology intermediary service system. All the analysis are helpful for putting forward countermeasures.Finally, combining the factor analysis conclusion and the problems affecting cooperative performance level of Anhui and the reason of these problems, this paper puts forward some corresponding policy, mainly including creating the good environment, playing the dominant position of technological innovation of enterprises, enhancing the transformation level of technological achievements, improving the technology intermediary service system. And this paper also expounds the specific measures of each policy in detail, in order to enhance the Anhui province cooperative performance level, improve the ability of independent innovation of Anhui Province, to promote the economic development of Anhui province.
