Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Reentry Designated Size Of Fuxin Exiting Industrial Enterprises Above Designated Size

Industrial Enterprises above designated size are an important force in the development of industrial economy of China.It is an important part of the development of our national economy.Meanwhile,it is also a standard to measure the total amount of a city's industrial economy.Industrial Enterprises above designated size play an important role in urban development.It plays a vital role in increasing local financial income,solving local employment personnel and promoting urban and rural development.However,due to the gradual depletion of coal resources of Fuxin and the state's policy of capacity reduction,coal industry of Fuxin has gradually withdrawn from the stage of history and has begun the road of economic transformation.In recent years,due to the domestic and foreign market slump and the pressure of economic downturn,more than 100 industrial enterprises above designated size in Fuxin have pulled out of the above designated size,which has great impact on the total economic volume of Fuxin.To help exit the scale enterprises to return to the above designated size,besides the needs of their own business,they also need to rely on the support and help of the government.we can fundamentally solve the various problems of reentry designated size of exiting industrial enterprises above designated size by studying the government and policy environment.Taking the exiting industrial enterprises above designated size from 2015 to 2017 as the research object.The reasons and difficulties of the Fuxin exiting industrial enterprises above designated size are analyzed in all directions by uses the methods of combining theory with practice,comparative analysis,literature research,questionnaire investigation and experience summary in this paper.It reveals the problems exiting industrial enterprises above designated size,such as the insufficiency of product innovation ability,the limited ability to develop the market and the improvement of the business environment.Specific countermeasures are put forward by referring to the relevant countermeasures of the relevant cities in China and other countries and combining with the actual situation of Fuxin.The study on reentry designated size of exiting industrial enterprises above designated size has a certain reference for the whole province and the northeast area.
