| Technological innovation is the important force to promote economic growth and development, and is the foundation for contemporary enterprise to exist, develop and grow stronger. now, the activities of technological innovation for the industrial enterprises above designated size in this country is poor as a whole, and the difference among various places is more obvious. Through investigating influencing factors of the industrial enterprises above designated size in this country in technological innovation, we can not only make clear the contribution factors and restraining factor of currently industrial enterprise technological innovation behavior in China theoretically, but also design effective incentive mechanism and corresponding countermeasures, it can improve the overall abilities of technological innovation of industrial enterprise in our country and narrow the gap between backward areas and developed areas.The design of indexes system for technological innovation is the basis of the entire empirical research. its scientificity and rationality determine the final effect of empirical research. This article firstly discusses the connotation and measurement indicator of technological innovation, select indexes system basing on provincial data and select two difference years to carry out contrastive analysis on the basis of borrowing ideas from relevant theory results in and abroad and combining with the characteristics of technological innovation of industrial enterprise which is above designated size in our country. The evaluation index system of technological innovation designed for industrial enterprise includes 11 indexes in four aspects, such as technological innovation intention, technological innovation ability, technological innovation output conversion efficiency and external environment for technological innovation and so on.This article uses statistical data to carry out principal components factor analysis according to the designed evaluation index system of technological innovation, and to obtain comprehensive strength score of technological innovation from different areas through calculating with principal factor score. Then, through crosswise contrastive analysis between provinces regarding influence factor and longitudinal contrastive analysis of score in different years, give a description of the present situation of technological innovation behavior of industrial enterprise above designated size in various areas of China. On the basis of this, carry out interprovincial variance analysis aiming at innovative outcomes among areas, then give comparative study of influencing factor which plays the crucial role on provinces with different innovation intensity for two different years.Finally, this article discusses related countermeasure on strengthening enterprise technological innovation activity in various areas:from the aspects of enhancing motivation, ability, and conversion efficiency of enterprise technological innovation as well as promoting external environment. These countermeasures will provide reference for policy-making to the industrial enterprises above designated size and related government departments. |
