With the continuous improvement of the social status of women, the number of female travelers is increasing. Due to differences in physiological, psychological characteristics and social roles, the differences of tourism consumption behavior between male tourists and female tourists are reflected in many aspects. Recent years, researches on motivation, travel decision-making and tourism perception of female tourists begin to increase. However, the studies based on the tourism consumption behavior from the perspective of gender differences are scarce.The main part of this paper is to set the female tourists of Zhangjiajie as the research object, by conducting theoretical research and empirical research, taking interviews and questionnaires, and using SPSS software for factor analysis, cluster analysis and variance analysis,it analyzes the female tourists’ behavior of Zhangjiajie based on the difference of the lifestyle.The thesis is divided into five parts. Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. The topics of the research background, the research significance, the research ideas and research methods are introduced. Chapter Ⅱ:Theoretical bases and literature review. The related theories are explained; the related concepts are defined, and literature is reviewed.ChapterⅢ:The research design.The subjects required research are proposed; the relevant variables are selected, and the design of the questionnaire is explained. Chapter Ⅰ: empirical research. The investigation of the female tourists of Zhangjiajie is carried out; the factor analysis and cluster analysis are made based on the lifestyle, and analysis of demographic characteristics is also carried out. Chapter V:The difference analysis. The difference of tourism behavior preference is analyzed based on the lifestyle of female tourists in Zhangjiajie. ChapterVI:Conclusions and recommendations. It concludes this paper based on the results of Chapter IV and Chapter V, and the corresponding marketing measures are presented. The thesis also states the innovation, limitations, and the direction of future research and efforts of this research.The most important result of this paper is to prove the female tourists of zhangjiajie, who belong to different lifestyles, have different tourism behaviors, and to put forward the undifferentiated marketing strategies and and differentiated marketing strategies according to the difference lifestyles of female tourists of Zhangjiajie.
