Research On Current Situation And The Development Measures Of Zunyi Rural Human Resources

The development of human resources plays an important role in society. So how to improve the quality of human resources and fully exert the function of human resources shoule be one of the hot spots of current research, In recent years, along with the new construction and the development of modern agriculture, the current level of human resources in countryside can hardly meet the needs of the society. Therefore, to enhance the development of the rural human resources, improve the quality of the rural labor force, and cultivate the new farmers are the keys to the construction of the new countryside and modern agriculture. Zunyi rural human resources is abudant, but the degree of the development is relatively low. The overall quality of human resources is not high, and the certain gap exists between the new rural construction and the farmers. Those factors limit the development of the rural huamn resources. Researches and analysis show that the common probelms such as the low cutural quality, the poor physical and moral quality, the large flow characteristics,imperfect training system and inadequate protection of the rural sanitary and health undertakings. To ensure the positive development in the construction of the rural human resources in Zunyi, the solutions are as follow:to get to know the concept pf human resources; to strenghten the education to cultivate the new farmers; to realize the rational flow of labor force, to speed up the rural social security; to improve the level of rural human resources security.
