Since1990’s the electronic commerce becomes a new marketing method which provide a fantastic platform in industry products sales part, as a result of that the agricultural e-commerce has been created. During the outstanding operation of the agricultural e-commerce, the profit between farmers and customers becomes a win-win situation.According this background, this essay analyzes and researches the current situation of the agricultural e-commerce in China. The agricultural e-commerce and traditional sales mode has a longitudinal comparison of industry:at the same time also with foreign electronic commerce development present situation has made the horizontal comparison To view this new business mode in an omni-directional, multilevel and systematica. Normally, the way of the innovation replace the traditional cannot get achievement immediately, only to learn and accept, constantly, to make itself to be more perfect. The development of agricultural e-commerce is bound to comply with this process.Information era of rapid development, how to continuously meet the needs of the consumers, and promise better quality and quantity of agricultural products to consumers; bring the most accurate and updates information to each agricultural producers. However, there are still many problems need to solve and also many details waiting to perfect. To be constantly updating can improving the electrical business service platform, perfecting the quality of agricultural products chain logistics services, the most important part is catching the food safety standard. It is a symbol of agricultural electricity which would influence the safety of country and publics at the same time.
