The real estate industry occupies an important position in Chinese economic construction industry. The development of real estate industry can effectively stimulate domestic demands and led the development of the related industrial chain. The same time, the real estate industry is directly related to people’s daily lives. The housing needs is the most basic material of people’s life among the demands of clothing, food, housing and transportation. If the country wants to improve people’s livelihood, they must solve the housing problems of the people. The development of the real estate industry of the Dahan Group still in a golden period for the group just did it for a short decade of two when the Dahan Group got through the various stages of the development of China’s real estate industry and accumulated a lot of experience in the project risk control. Now the real estate industry in China tends to be mature and stable, the government’s policies and regulations of real estate industry become more and more perfect which is the sign of the maturity in the market. In such background, the government increased the macro-control policy in real estate industry and launched a series of initiatives to control the housing prices which let the development of the Dahan Group face the new opportunities and challenges for the government as well as the social public opinion more and more concerned about the people’s housing conditions and improving situation. The management level and risk control ability of the Dahan Group project development because the risk of real estate development are becoming higher and higher in current situation. In addition, the government encourages and supports to develope the suitable real estate project in small towns for promoting the local economic development and accelerating the urbanization. The construction of the small towns tends to be the new space of Chinese real estate industry development.The Dahan Group is a strong private real estate company and successfully developed a number of real estate projects. In current environment which the real estate development risk become higher and higher, the Dahan mode has became representative and concerned by Chinese government and the experts in Beijing.The article researched the Dahan Group’s real estate project development risk control methods and strategies based on the in-depth researching of it and combined with the risk control theory. The Group’s real estate project development processes are divided into different stages:decision-making, land acquisition, construction and sales, and used different approach according to the risk factor of each stage. Establish the risk model with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the decision-making and land acquisition stages, using the risk model research in the construction and sales stages.Finally, this article has researched the risk control strategy in different stages of the decision-making, land acquisition, construction and sales according to the risk assessment results in the real estate project development.
