Since the reform and opening up,with the development of economy and society,variousconstruction activities have been carried out in an all-round way,which makes the scale of construction land increase rapidly in our country.This kind of construction activity,which mainly focuses on extension expansion,has brought about the problem of land use that can not be neglected,that is,the waste of resources and the disorder of land use pattern.This series of problems force us to renew our concepts,change the way of land use,from extension to connotation,and take the road of saving and intensive land use.It is the premise of formulating rational land use strategy to carry out the evaluation research on the effect of intensive use of construction land,and it is also an important measure to implement green development and ecological civilization construction.Taking all the construction land in Shenyang administrative area as the research object,this paper evaluates the effect of intensive use of construction land in Shenyang from macro-scale,analyzes the vacancy factors of intensive use of construction land in Shenyang through basic investigation,establishes evaluation index system and adopts multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.This paper calculates the intensive degree,divides the intensive land use types in counties by the number axis method,analyzes the characteristics and laws of intensive land use in Shenyang according to the research conclusion,grasps the existing problems of intensive land use,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation.The study shows that the intensive utilization of construction land in Shenyang is high,but the dynamic change trend is not ideal.Relative to the higher growth consumption index and management performance index,the elasticity coefficient index is lower.Compared with previous years,the level of intensive use of construction land in Shenyang has declined,mainly due to the further slowdown of economic growth and population growth,and even negative growth of economic indicators such as fixed assets investment,while construction land still maintained a certain rate of growth.From the analysis of spatial differentiation characteristics,the intensive level of each county in Shenyang City is gradually decreasing from the central city to the suburbs and then expanding to the counties,but the dynamic change trend of the counties in the suburbs is better than that in the suburbs.Based on the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as constructing differentiated human and land linkage mechanism,developing the redevelopment of inefficient land,implementing "multi-regulation and integration" and improving the quality ofurbanization,so as to further improve the level of intensive utilization of construction land.This paper studies the evaluation of intensive use of construction land at regional scale,establishes an evaluation index system based on intensive use,discusses the calculation method and evaluation method of evaluation index,and divides the types of land use.The research process is not only of theoretical significance,but also of practical value.
