After entering the21st century, the developing countries, especially some emergingeconomies are rising and development of the financial crisis originated in the secondhalf of2008has represented by the "BRICS" emerging economies in transition tobecome the focus of global attention.Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa fivecountries economic steady progress after the crisis, in the case of the global economicdownturn. However, while the five countries rapid economic development, the internaleconomic ties closely enough, trade and investment accounts for a component is small,the need to strengthen various trade and investment cooperation. Energy as powerfulengines of global economic development, plays a decisive role for countries, one-timefossil fuel in the world for the case of heated and depleted, clean energy developmentand use is of strategic significance, therefore should attach importance to thedevelopment and utilization of clean energy and speed up the proportion of energyproduction and consumption of clean energy.the "BRICS" each member have theircertain energy advantage, with as emerging economies of the developing countriesshould also have a wider cooperative foundation and common interests. Bystrengthening our country on the "BRICS" direct investment in clean energy, to furtherdeepen the strategic cooperation in the field of energy between the five countries. Tofurther strengthen the developing countries in the world energy pattern and order ofinfluence, to change the dominance of developed countries for a long time. To cleanenergy as the breakthrough point to broaden the "BRICS" cooperation mechanism inother areas.The purpose of this paper is to collecting and consulting relevant the "BRICS"energy cooperation between member states the status and the present situation of theenergy of foreign investment in China, to analyze and research on China’s OFDIperspective the "BRICS" internal clean energy investments. Since most references forone-off petrochemical energy (oil, natural gas, coal) research and analysis is more, lessin clean energy information, combined with the concept of the "BRICS" time is shorter,the five countries in a unified framework to analyze literature less energy cooperation.Hope that through this article, therefore, our country on the "BRICS" in the field ofclean energy investment to study the feasibility of the "BRICS" strengthen energy cooperation between, and the existing information data, sums up the problems andobstacles existing in the investment, and put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and Suggestions to further strengthen the "BRICS" clean energyinvestment effectively.
