Urban Functional Structure Space-time Characteristics And Optimization Research Of Shijiazhuang City Based On The Regional Comparative Advantage

The city originated in the process of struggle of human ancestors with nature, and withthe development of society and economy, the rise of the city gradually established andperfected. The main structure of the city is based on a certain amount of population, relyingon the natural environment and with the corresponding economic activity, with a variety ofcomplex social relationships closely together to form a complete and effective whole city.With the development of cities, the functions of the city acting as an increasingly importantrole in the urban development, explore the different characteristics of urban functions, andthen contact the urban development process and the political, economic and cultural relationsinherent complementarity, then contribute to a steady and healthy development of the city.With the trend of economic globalization and regional integration, people are very concernedabout the development of China’s urban roads, while also facing certain challenges andopportunities. Based on the analysis of urban functions, we know that economic developmentactivities in the city is no longer a connection between the individual functions of the city willbe reflected not only in the more level and scope of services, and will be reflected in a largerscale area. From a practical study in theory, temporal analysis of urban functional structurecan reflect the spatial characteristics of the functional structure within a certain region andchanges in trends in the functional structure of a certain period of time, elaborate on the roleassumed by the city, a reasonable allocation of resources reform, optimize the industrialstructure adjustment, to play their irreplaceable advantages will play a very active role in thedevelopment of large cities. Functional classification and distribution of urban space is astatic form, due to the rapid development of social, economic, and technological, functions ina city among dynamic change jump. Therefore, our perspective on the dynamics of change, orto take advantage of trends vision to make the appropriate analysis and judgment. Suchdynamic changes made in the city, will help establish the structural framework of urbanfunctions, and then get the dynamic changes in the functional structure, contribute tounderstanding of the law of urban growth. Shijiazhuang is a famous capital city, its urbandevelopment in a more significant period of change, how to change the front, real-time graspthe future development direction of Shijiazhuang, a realistic approach must be used to make functional structure of Shijiazhuang City research work, and make reasonablerecommendations.This paper is divided into eight parts: The first part is the introduction, from the researchbackground and significance, research status at home and abroad, research contents, methodsand technology route three aspects has carried on the comprehensive description; the secondpart makes a systematic exposition on the related concepts and basic theory; the third partfrom the four aspects of administrative division, geographical location, natural conditions andsocial economic conditions in the studied area is a general analysis; the fourth part is thedynamic change in the city of Shijiazhuang, functional structure analysis, analyzed andsummarized from Shijiazhuang City and the counties (cities) of the three industrial structure;the fifth part is the space differentiation of functional structure about Shijiazhuang City, usethe location entropy method to analyze the regional comparative advantages and describe theindustrial sector and spatial of Shijiazhuang City; Part VI is a comprehensive assessment ofthe functional structure of Shijiazhuang City, first determine the evaluation principles,indicators and methods, and from Shijiazhuang City social development and economicdevelopment analysis of two aspects; the seventh part of the measures and recommendationssection of Shijiazhuang City functional structure optimization, from sticking gathering spacelayout orientation urbanization strategy, with the provincial capital Beijing and Tianjinopening windows further enhance the openness of the area, strengthen urban industrialdistrict management, co-ordination arrangements, the development of alternative industries,cultivate new leading industries, strengthen human resources development and management,promoting new technologies, new technology applications, comprehensive management ofenvironmental issues and the importance of urban and rural integration and other aspects ofthe proposal; Part VIII is the conclusion and discussion on the innovation of this paper anddeficiencies were analyzed and summarized.In this paper,four,five,six parts of the core part, based on a study of urban functionalstructure and abroad, combined with structural characteristics of urban functions inShijiazhuang City, the use of location entropy method, principal component analysis andinter-regional comparative advantage analysis throughout this three parts, from the dynamicchanges in the structure of urban functions,spatial differentiation of the function structure and comprehensive assessment of the functional structure of the Shijiazhuang City, these threeaspects of the analysis and evaluation of the final results of Shijiazhuang City,17counties(cities) Ranking.The purpose of this article is written to optimize the functional structure of Shijiazhuangcity system, give full play to the role of cities in the modern, boosting the development andconstruction of the Shijiazhuang city. On the one hand, help to understand the personalitycharacteristics of the Shijiazhuang city, reasonably accurately determine the nature anddirection of the city of Shijiazhuang,thus providing a scientific basis for the construction andlayout for the development of the Shijiazhuang city, to help formulate a reasonableShijiazhuang Development Master Plan; on the other hand, to determine the main functionsof Shijiazhuang, Shijiazhuang explicitly Bennett some national and regional role in thedivision of labor led by the towns of different functions between urban system to buildregional coordination in order to maximize the impetus to regional economic development.
