Study On Agricultural Modernization In Jilin Province Under The Background Of Overall Development Of Industrialization, Urbanization, And Agricultural Modernization

Promoting the simultaneous development of industrialization, urbanization, andagricultural modernization is a major task in the period of “The Twelfth Five-YearPlan”. China is a large agricultural country, and the level of agricultural developmenthas been lagging behind the developed countries. In order to achieve the simultaneousdevelopment of industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization andconstitute the harmonious society, we should give full play to the role of impetus ofindustrialization, urbanization and accelerate agricultural modernization. Jilinprovince is a large agricultural province, which is currently at an important turnperiod of the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and agriculturalmodernization. By reason of weak agricultural base in Jilin Province, it is veryimportant to explore how to effectively promote agricultural modernization.This paper describes the historical background of industrialization, urbanizationand agricultural modernization and the strategic background of promoting overalldevelopment of industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization in JilinProvince and the national. Simultaneously, based on the research results of domesticand foreign scholars, this paper carried out the following research. Firstly, the conceptof industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization are defined and abrief analysis of the dynamic interaction among of industrialization, urbanization, andagricultural modernization. Secondly, based on the background of overalldevelopment of industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization,in-depth analysis of the United States, France and Japan and other developedcountries agriculture modernization construction experience and summarizesagricultural modernization in the developed countries for the enlightenment of our country. Thirdly, combining with the present situation and existent main problems ofthe development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, this paper analysis ofthe advantages and the disadvantages of Jilin Province to promote agriculturalmodernization. In the last part, aiming at the problems of agriculture modernization inJilin Province, and combining with the advantages and disadvantages analysis, thispaper put forward how to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization inJilin Province under the background of overall development of industrialization,urbanization, and agricultural modernization.
