The Choice Research On The Advantage Tndustry Of Shanxi Province

Advantage industry has a strong comparative advantage and competitive advantage, can reflect the comparative and competitive advantages of an industry, to promote the overall level of upgrading the industrial structure plays a special role, and with the development and expansion of the trends and prospects. Different stages of economic development, advantage industry will be different, it will be with resource endowments and industrial areas and the ability to configure a change. In the era of the rapid development of modern science and technology, along with the emergence of new industrial sectors, which makes the status of traditional industries declined. Therefore, Shanxi Province, according to their actual situation of how to select and develop advantage industry which promote the optimization and upgrading of industries, achieve sustained, healthy, stable and rapid economic development of great significance.In this paper, draw regional economics, industrial economics and international trade theory about selective advantage in the industry, using qualitative and quantitative method of combining to choose advantage industry in Shanxi Province, the final, to propose strategy to optimize the industrial structure based on the results of selected industries in Shanxi Province. In addition, the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into four parts:The first part, on the concept of advantage industry associated with discrimination, to clear connotation of advantage industry and to provide a theoretical basis for selection is behind research industry.The second part, research the necessity of development of advantage industry in Shanxi Province, as an alternative basis for advantage industry.The third part, calculating the location quotient value to select possible advantage industries in Shanxi Province, and then quantified by using principal component analysis to select the final selection based on both results to determine the advantage industry in Shanxi Province.The fourth part, putting forward strategies relying on advantage industry to adjusting industrial structure.
