More and more industries and life are related to Internet with the fast development of the process of internet technology. As a combination of tourism and internet, online tourism has different peculiarities from traditional. Based on the acquaintance and research on the present situation of global online tourism, this paper compares online tourism and online tourism websites at home and abroad, then understands and analyzes the various online travel business models. With the development of living standard and modernization, online tourism service and agency are correspondingly with different features. Compared with tourism industry in home and abroad, analyzed the development and operation features, then comprehend the difference of their business model. Paper focuses on the NYOP (Name Your Own Price) business model, through the model analysis, to understand the characteristics NYOP business model and to understand the success of the unique advantages of Priceline. With purpose of service, online tourism company analyzes the typical Priceline and its specific NYOP business model, to provide a reference for other online travel business model innovation for online travel companies at home and abroad.Online tourism as an industry with great potential, to study the operational characteristics and trends for the upgrading and development of the online tourism market competitiveness of companies, innovative travel business, has important significance. For the current development of the Internet and online travel industry, understand the online travel market, especially China’s online travel market, there is still huge potential for development.The end of this article analyzes the trend for online tourism business model at home and abroad.
