Research On Formation Mechanism And Promotion Strategy Of The Innovation Capacity Of Enterprises In Jilin Province

The economic development of Jilin Province on China’s economy is significant,and the main force of economic development is the enterprise. The key to gettingcompetitive advantage is to enhance their ability to innovate. Thus, the enhancementof their ability to innovate has an important positive role on development of Jilin’seconomic, even China’s economic.Through reviewing the existing research results of learning, thispaper analyzes the mechanism of the formation of the innovation ability of theenterprises within the region, expounds the spatial model and dynamic laws of theformation of enterprises innovation ability, analyzes the mechanism of the formationof the regional innovation system’ innovation ability, builds the theory framework ofthe mechanism of the formation of the innovation ability of the enterprises within theregion.According to the current situation of the development of innovation ability of theenterprises of Jilin Province and status of development of the regional innovationsystem of Jilin Province, both the micro and macro levels were analyzed. And thispaper summarizes the achievement and deficiency of the innovation ability of theenterprises in Jilin Province, provides the foundation for later study. Through theanalysis, we found that the coordinating role of the government in the innovationsystem is too large, the universities facing the dual pressures of research andeducation，and the market status in innovation system is ignored and so on.Finally, in view of the above analysis, the author put forward to improve theenterprises’ innovation ability, promote the scientific research institutions anduniversity reform, transform the government innovation management mode, perfect the ma rket system, and create a good environment for innovation and so on.
