In today’s complex market environment, the supply chain achieves the use of different enterprises related advantage resources, promotes the complementary advantages among enterprises, improve the enterprise strain capacity, fast response ability in market demand, competition ability and the ability of new product development, etc. This is especially true for the supply chain of pure-play foundry enterprises. Large-scale foundry not only provide people with a lot of light industrial products, meet the convenience of life, and with the progress of science and technology and the change of the enterprise operation mode, a large number of electronic products and medical equipment products processing is performed by pure-play foundry enterprise. Of complicated market, customers for the product of high demand, the increase of product precision and ability of the market requires research and development of pure-play foundry enterprise, makes the supply chain of foundry industry faces a mounting risk, in this paper the research object is A foundry enterprise. It based on internal risk, external risk and environment risk,completed on A company’s supply chain risk identification, and build the A company supply chain risk evaluation index system, by using the rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation index system of evaluation, in the end, after get the level of supply chain risk in A company, give A company the concrete measures of supply chain risk management.This article is divided into six chapters, the following is the main research contents:The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, research status at home and abroad about supply chain risk management, and gives the technology route and content of this article.The second part mainly summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge about supply chain risk, and through the analysis on the condition of A company’s industry to get the A company supply chain risk management features. The third part is the A company supply chain risk identification phase. By understanding the actual situation of A company and the literature review, reference to define A company’s supply chain risk. After adopting questionnaire survey method to obtain data, and carries on the empirical analysis by SPSS to data, A company’s supply chain risk factors are grouped into five categories, respectively is: transportation risk, the enterprise internal management risk, production risk, partner relationship risk, information and other risks.The fourth part is the supply chain risk evaluation stage for A company. By using rough set theory to each risk factor weighting, and then through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, get the risk level of each risk factor, provide theoretical reference for the follow-up measures taken.The fifth part gives A company supply chain risk prevention measures. It is mainly based on the conclusion of the fourth chapter, puts forward the feasibility plan, for A company to choose and adopt.In this paper, the research results will be applied directly to A company’s supply chain management process, at the same time to the new market environment, generation of labor enterprise supply chain operation and risk prevention has certain reference significance.
