Economic development patterns and employment is an important problem in ourcountry. Therefore the study of the employment, in the period of economicdevelopment patterns transition is an important part to the issue of China. Currently,due to the resources and environment to economic development restriction, we needto change existing mode to a better one which is pay more attention to economicdevelopment quality. During the process, demand structure, industrial structure andinputs will effect on employment. So, it is meaningful to find an effective way topromoting economic development mode change as also solving the employmentproblem.Marxist economics and western economics are scientific theoretical system, andtheir employment and economic development theory is mainly reflected in the theoryof organic composition of economic history. Other countries economic developmentexperience facts are fully explained, labor employment fluctuation is inevitable. In thechanging of economy development mode, stimulate and obstacles factors workstogether which makes the employment scale can’t effectively expand. This paperanalyzes the relationship between economy development and the employment. After analyses the present situation of the current employment in China,This paper holds that, the analysis should include demand structure; industrialstructure; input.Therefore, we must promoting the development of third industry, vigorouslydevelop education, through the actively expand domestic demand, improve the qualityof workers and countermeasures to improve the situation, realize economicdevelopment mode change and employment space the dual goal of development.
