Facing the urgent requirement of the rapid development of aviation industry in China and rapid growth of the tasks of external environment, Q company established the development of vision——"to be excellent aircraft accessories suppliers in China", and reach the advanced level of the international aviation in the field of aircraft accessories strategic objectives。 How to complete all tasks in a rapidly, improve competitiveness and to achieve the established strategic objectives, Q Company facing the challenge of how to make the strategic goal clear, associated with each employee’s behavior. On how to determine the strategic objectives and evaluation indexes, how to design the strategic implementation method and the path, and associated with employee behavior practice, Q company tried methods such as process reengineering, six sigma, the IBSC, found the combining strategic management and benchmarking, so as to promote the strategy implementation of a set of methods and theories, and has obtained the good effect through the application of innovation,Through the application of benchmarking in the process of strategic ground, the strategic target of Q company makes clear, the market share gets steady growth, international cooperation, scientific research ability has constantly improved. Practice shows that benchmarking is a effective strategic management method for complex discrete support aviation enterprise to implement, flexible application of strategic management and benchmarking and Q company, in practice, which is an innovation in management tools application.
