HXN5Locomotive Motor Technology Import Project Process Managment Research

With the rapid development of China railway and urban rail transit, rail transit equipment industry in our country has made breakthroughs in major future product area and meetsthedemand of domestic railway and urban rail transit construction. High-speed Rail products such as High speed EMU have reached the world advanced level.Against this background, this paper chooses RTC’s (refers to Rail Transport Company) High Power ACDrive Diesel Locomotive, the China Railways HXN5, motor technology introducing project management case as the research object, which has the distinct characteristics of the times and reference significance.Since2005, accordingto the introduction of advanced technology under the state council joint design production Chinese brand with the national strategy of general requirements, under the unified deployment of the ministry of railways, RTC has participated in the largest project of introduction of digestion, absorption and innovation.Based on the important significance of the modern project management in manufacturing industry of modern rail transportation equipment development, and the case study on value of RTC of HXN5locomotive motor technology introduction of project management, this paper has followed the logic model from theory to practice, from general to specific in the process of research questions, combined normative analysis and empirical analysis method, and made a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the case. Firstly, in this paper, the research background and significance were introduced, and RTC promoting the status and problems of project management were summarized. Secondly, from the modern project management knowledge areas, focus on RTC of HXN5locomotive motor technology introducing project management case, this paper has made a deep analysis and summarized the experience and inadequate, and it is concluded that the main point of the full text (advice):establish and improve the enterprise project management model and applications, to accelerate the development of new products, to promote transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Furthermore, using modern project management theories, makes a deep analysis on this management case of CSR Chengdu’s HXN5locomotive motor technology import project, then puts forward the general points, which also conclusion and inspiration, of this paper: The implementation of the project management in the state-owned enterprise, is to realize the healthy and rapid development of enterprise strategy and enterprise to support the main measure and important guarantee; in the enterprises, it should establish and improve the project management mode, to promote the application of project management in the enterprise; the enterprise should use project management as the driving force, to accelerate the development of the new products, and to promote transformation and upgrading of enterprises; G company’s new product been importedto the process (NCI) is very characteristic of the new product development tools and processes, which is a good mode of product quality assurance; in the process of carrying forward the project management, the enterprises should focus on the influence of traditional culture on the project management organization structure.This paper starts from the theory of modern project management through in-depth analysis of the specific case. As a result, it summarizes that the rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country should focus on the key issues in the strategic and operational level of the technology import project, which in order to make useful research explorations and suggestions to the development of rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry, especially in modern industry promotion and implementation of modern project management.
