Research On Development Pattern Of The Construction Of Dalian Port’s Fifth Generation Internet Of Things Intelligent Port

With the rapid development of world science and technology progress and information, innovation breeds new breakthroughs in science and technology. The emergence of a new generation of information technology such as the Internet of things, cloud computing will greatly promote the development and progress of human society, at the same time,it is also a key support to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development. The Internet of things can be applied in all aspects of our lives, in port, public safety, manufacturing, modern logistics and supply chain management, traffic management, military, smart grid, smart home, environmental monitoring, health inspection, and other areas of the industry. As the intersection of the various modes of transportation, ports plays a vital role in comprehensive transportation system, its development level is a reflection of a country’s level of logistics development in the very great degree.The intelligention and informationization of port are important means to enhance the core competitiveness, and they are also the key to reduce logistics cost, improve logistics efficiency. With the development of the Internet of things and mature application of logistics information technology, the wisdom port based on the Internet of things arises at the historic moment. Accelerating the fifth generation of port development process becomes the main trend of today’s port transformation of the development mode and improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. The rapid construction of wisdom port based on Internet of things and our country port real possess "wisdom", is one of the important direction of modernization of port development in our country and the important path of the competitive of the port.Now port of Dalian looks from the comprehensive functions,it’s in the transitional period form the third generation port to the fourth generation of port development. port of Dalian have the ability to the fourth generation port of transformation and upgrading of development, only dayaowan core have a certain basic conditions.such as container logistics, automotive logistics, ore transshipment and oil transfer. In the future, port of Dalian will develop to the fifth generation port, promoting international transfer, international trade, port-vicinity industry, digital integration of port and harbour city construction. In this paper, through the study of inter-generational divide port and related knowledge of intelligent port, integrate the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars about the fifth generation port, the concept of the fifth generation of the Internet of things are pointed out in the paper. Expounded the relationship of intelligent port and port of the Internet of things and the logistics information, and so on, analyzed the possible developing mode of the fifth generation of the Internet of things, using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and the cloud model method, construct the system model construction of port logistics development model and establish the comprehensive evaluation-index system of Dalian fifth generation of the Internet of things intelligent port development model. The evaluation system can provide reasonable mode selection and correct decisions to Dalian, for developing the Dalian port and port logistics industry has a certain theoretical research value and practical significance.
