Research On Structural Adjustment And Optimization Of Service Industry In Jlilin Province

At the current China, industrial structure adjustment is faced with many newconstraints, such as: the change of domestic and international economic developmentconditions, development environment, resource constraints, the end of thedemographic dividend, and so on. As a measure of the economic and socialmodernization level important symbol of the service sector should definitely changethe industrial structure and make optimized adjustment than which is in the past. Inthis way, we could make the livelihood of the people oriented, and be consistent withthe requirements of people and workers. Only by the structure adjustment anddevelopment of the service industry industrial, we could promote the overalleconomic structure, make good adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,realize the inherent requirement of expanding employment, and improve people’slivelihood. Based on the study of the reality of Jilin province service industry, notonly can the conclusion for the study of regional industry structure adjustmentupgrade certain theoretical basis, also can be applied to service industries and areas ofdevelopment, has certain theoretical and realistic significance. This paper is dividedinto six parts as follows:The first chapter is elaborated the research background and research significanceof the article, then card a large number of literature, summarize the review which isgiven on the foreign and domestic research on industrial structure adjustment andupgrade the status quo. Then, the adjustment of industrial structure summarizes therelated theory, reviewed the first Clark Theorem, industrial structure theory,Hoffmann Theorem and other derivative theories of adjustment of industrial structureupgrade. Finally, the research methods and chapter structures are attached last.The second chapter for the current situation of the development of service industry in Jilin province was evaluated and analyzed, respectively from the overallsituation and the status of the development, industry structure. The industrialorganization structure and so on three aspects are studied. Among them, the overalldevelopment include the overall size, social and economic benefit analysis and theanalysis of regional distribution and the analysis of the development stage. In terms ofindustry structure, respectively from the traditional classification of industry structureand classified by two major categories of industry structure is analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the development of the Jilin province service industryfacing the opportunities and challenges, opportunities including the international anddomestic aspects of the favorable conditions, national policy support in terms offavorable conditions and the regional conditions of Jilin province to promote serviceindustry structure optimization. Its challenges including the international anddomestic competition pressure, institutional barriers, prominent regional problems,and problems existing in the management main body, etc.The fourth chapter analyzes the Jilin province service industry structureadjustment and upgrading of the path, and this paper’s core part. First generalizes thegeneral idea of the industrial structure adjustment, and then analyzed from fouraspects the problem of how to optimize the industry structure between, go deep intothe industry, after the analysis of the industry internal structure optimization pathand method (including modern logistics, information services and software industry,financial services, technology services, business services, education, culture andsports entertainment services, tourism and exhibition industry), the linkage betweenresearch how to promote regional cooperation.The fifth chapter is to combine the reality, which put forward to promote Jilinprovince service industry structure optimization and adjustment of governmentcountermeasures and safeguards.The last part is the conclusion of this paper. Think that integrated the currentsituation of Jilin province, to accelerate industrial structure adjustment andoptimization of service industry, should do the following several aspects:(1) On the overall perspective, this paper is meant to construct modern servicesystem, which is the priority to the development of producer services, and promote the services and manufacturing of fusion of "two industries". We aim to activelydevelop consumer services, improve people’s livelihood to promote consumption, andimprove consumer services quality and level.(2) The priority is the development of key support, the representative ofproductive service industry and modern service industries, including: financialservices, modern logistics industry, exhibition industry, information services,intermediary services, business services and technology service, design consulting,energy conservation and environmental protection services, new forms and newindustries.(3) For the development of industry between enterprises, first of all, thedevelopment and the introduction of influential, high-end, high added value of leadingenterprises, constructed in large open service industry leading enterprises cluster; Atthe same time, it is time to speed up the modern service industry development ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprise corecompetitiveness.(4) We should promote collaboration between regions and reverse theunbalanced regional development pattern of economy. We should strengthen theeffective linkage area in the province, strengthen the Jilin province and in other partsof the northeast collaborative interaction, and strengthen the cooperation of the depthof Jilin province and other provinces and regions.
