Lean Production originates from Toyota in Japan, nowadays it is recognized as themost revolutionary management of production and organization behavior. Its core contentsinclude through a variety of means to eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve quality, andflexibility to respond to market needs and enhance their resilience to ensure that theenterprise’s competitive advantage in the marketplace. In recent years, most of ourproduction pipeline companies began to implement lean manufacturing applications,combined with the company’s internal and external circumstances made some innovationsin the application process, but also made certain achievements, but for lean productionresearch and implementation is relatively developed countries there is a big gap. In thispaper, Y’s case, firstly uses SWOT method to find out the strengths、weaknesses、opportunities、threats in pushing Learn Production, and fixes on the principle、aim andbasic thought. Secondly analyses from product development, process quality control,production management, logistics and other aspects of the detailed audit and then summedup the list of questions. At the last, summarizes the experience and insufficiency in LeanProduction of jointing workshop, at the same time it brings forward the method anddirection in future in the interest of keeping improvement.
