Research On The Development Path Of Suburban Economic Development Based On Urban And Industrial Integration

After30years of development and construction, the development zone which is the Chinese windows opening to the outside world and the experimental field to economic reform is the he important factor to promote the city space optimization and accelerate the city space evolution. With the change of the National Development Policy on Development Zone, the change of Development Zone Development Stage and the requirements of the intensive use of land, The existing development of ideas and development mode encounter bottleneck. Especially the Suburban development zone, because of its special location and the opportunities of city center expansion, needs to change the existing development ideas and achieve innovation and development, not only to realize the development zone consummating its function, but also to promote the interaction and communion between the development zone and the city center area.This paper used the Suburb Development Zone as the research object. Firstly, From the study on the concepts and theory, throughing the definition of related concepts, the relevant research theory development zone and the development process and the stage of development of Development Zone, the paper discusses the role in the process of Industrialization and Urbanization and puts forward the not synchronous problems in the development of The Development Zone in China, The Development Zone needs to deal with the its industrial development and city function improvement. Secondly, In view of suburban development zone, this paper analyses its own development as well as with big city center, Summaries the problems which does not adapt to the current development and the future development trend in the development process, and proposes the method guiding for the development of suburban development zone, to make its own development and city function perfect.In the light of the existing problems and challenges of suburban development zone, This paper introduces the concept of production city fusion, throughing combination of different scholars on the definition of Urban and Industrial integrationand oriented by the effect of Urban and Industrial integration, reanalysis the concept and connotation of suburban development area of Urban and Industrial integration, construct the evaluation system of development zone’s Urban and Industrial integration degree. And depending on the idea of Urban and Industrial integration, this paper proposes the development guidance and development path to promote the development of suburban development zone.Finally, taking Lanzhou Heping Industrial Park as an example, On the outskirts of the city which will be built into the city suburban development zone area, how to realize the transformation from a single industry functional areas to integrated functional areas of the city and how to complete the upgrading of the industrial structure and the linkage development with the city center, this paper constructs the route guidance to transform and develop, to guide the new situation of coordinated development of industrial development zones and the city function.
