With the prosperity development of economy, China’s tourism industry runs into a period of rapid development since from the opening up. At the same time, the problem of regional tourism development has been the hot topics focused by government and tourism scholars, and regional tourism strategy becomes the key to regional tourism development. But from now on, the research on the regional tourism strategy is still at the exploratory stage of development and has not formed the mature theoretical system. It is also lack of systematic and perfect analysis method on strategy analysis. Based on this, this paper, draws support of critical success factors, makes an effort to build the indicators library of key elements through the direction of regional tourism strategy’s related disciplines theory and the analysis and induction of regional tourism literature. The purpose of this is to enrich the research theory and method and provide beneficial theory guidance and practice reference for our China’s regional tourism strategy.The whole thesis are divided into six chapters, the main content is below.First chapter is the Introduction,mainly exposit the source of choosing the title,analyze the present situation of traveling strategy at home and abroad district, showing the theory and practice significance of traveling strategy analysis with the main content,put forward the research method and the system of the thesis.Second chapter is the theory foundation of the thesis,mainly explain the conception of regional tourism strategy, regional tourism and explore the subject theory of enterprise strategy management,tourism programming,regional tourism economy, regional tourism competitive power which lay the deeply theory foundation for this thesis and provide the research direction of this thesis.The third chapter is the summary and reference of the regional tourism strategy analysis. On the base of regional tourism strategy research theory, analyze the situation of the related regional tourism strategy analysis theory and the analysis method of present regional tourism strategy. On the base of this analysis and induction, this paper analyzes and investigates the source and confirmation method of the key factors of regional tourism strategy analysis through combining with the related theory of critical success factors.The fourth chapter is the exploration of the regional tourism strategy analysis.First of all, it exposit the crucial success factor related theory, and explore the source and the confirmation method of the regional tourism strategy analysis crucial elements. And it also make a preliminary construction of key factors library of regional tourism strategy analysis under the guidance of principle such as systematic, hierarchical, scientific, critical and operability. To prove the objectivity and rationality of the election of key factors in factor library further, this paper, through the method of experts inquirer, analyze the related factors already existed in library deeply and determine the key factors library of regional tourism strategy analysis finally based on the six aspects include tourism resource, regional transportation, condition source of the clients,related tourism enterprises,macro policy environment,tourism talents.Fifth chapter is about the empirical study of Gannan regional tourism strategy analysis. On the base of the analysis of key factors library of regional tourism strategy analysis, this paper analyze the key factors of Gannan regional tourism strategy analysis through the related data and information collection and arrangement. And we put forward related advice on studying out Gannan regional tourism strategy under the analysis of the feature of the Gannan regional tourism’s six elements like tourism resources, regional transportation, tourist status, tourism-related businesses, the macro-policy environment and tourism professionals. And based on this crucial six aspects analysis,emphasis the importance of the red culture, Hakka culture and song dynasty culture tourism resource when put forward the construction of Gannan regional tourism strategy.Make full use of the benefit macro policy environment in order to promote the related tourism enterprises development,fully explore the market of clients inside the province and in the pearl river delta so that enhance the regional cooperation,the training of the tourism-engaged staff,improve the service quality of regional tourism.Six chapter is the conclusion of the thesis, summary the main idea of the research and the limitations of the research, the aspects of being deeply researched.
