Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Tourism Development Research

With the economic growth and social progress, tourism has gradually become an important industry in national economic development Under such circumstances, the development of Gannan's tourism has been drawn more attention. Gannan is the area which possess the most abundant tourism resources in gansu province, but comparing to central and eastern regions, the development of Gannan's tourism is far from optimistic, a lot of problems came into being in the process of development.On the basis of summarizing previous studies of Gannan's tourism and related research literature review, the current situation of the development of regional tourism has been analyzed based on following three aspects:firstly, it is regional tourism endowment. gannan tourism resources share characteristics of the large quantity and good quality, a great variety of maldistribution. Secondly, it is economic enviomemtal analysis of development of tourism in this region. For now, residents'living standard in Gannan can completely support the development of tourism industry, but the development of the third industry lags behind, and fragile ecological environment which can be easily damaged but difficult to repair, infrastructure construction lags behind which is not conducive to tourism development. Thirdly, on the basis of judging overall evolution pattern of the regional tourism development, the state of development of tourism economy was analyzed by measuring the developing level and tourism economic dependency in this area. In general, the development of gannan tourism shares char acrostics in following aspects:maldistribution of tourism resources, imbalance of development, less of regional cooperation, destruction of envirental resources, rigid image, hysteresis of infrastructure construction and shortage of professional staff, etc. on the basis of taking Gannan as a entirety, the thesis try to explore the ways to promoting healthy development of gannan tourism by finding the problems in other counties' tourism development.
