According to the present situation of the loading weight of domestic underground oretruck small and the requirements of the company, we design the30tons off-highway truck.We mainly study on the design and analysis of the frame and the overall structure of thecab of vehicle in this paper. The frame is key component to under main load and safetyprotection device of the cab to protect the driver’s safe. The main research contents of thisthesis:1、Introducing the development of underground ore truck, application of finiteelement analysis method in vehicle design.2、Simplifying the model of the frame, and using static analysis method to ansysthe simplified structure. In full uniform driving, braking and the full impactof three kinds of work condition, according to the actual stress condition andusing mechanics principle to analysis the frame to get the force of structures.3、Using PRO-E three-dimensional modeling,and then import the model to theANSYS WORKBENCH software to make static analysis. analyzing Thethree parts of the frame under three situations to find the location of maximumstress, and improve structures. Analysis of the frame of this thesis focusesmainly on the rear frame.Garring on the frame modal analysis to get thedeformation and natural frequency of the first10order modal analysis. Findthe defects in structure,and then to improve them.4、Simplifying the ROPS&FOPS safety protection device models of the cab totake theoretical calculation of the cab in accordance with the principle ofmaterial mechanics,and to establish the finite element analysis model.According to the laboratory test method and the national standard to make thetheoretical analysis of ROPS&FOPS,to test the safety of the cab design.5、Finally, on the basis of the above analysis to give improvement, and futureprospects.
