Legal Countermeasures Of Prevention And Control Of Soil Pollution In Rural Areas Of China

China’s rural soil pollution hazards huge pollution in magnitude, but the basis of pollution prevention is still quite weak, the relevant laws and regulations are not sound soil pollution. In this paper, our industrial wastewater Guangxi Jinhe Mining Co. Metallurgical Plant violation emissions, waste to the countryside for example soil contamination caused by lead, the status quo of China’s rural soil contamination and to analyze the main reasons soil pollution formation. Then discusses the status quo of China’s laws and regulations, prevention of soil pollution in rural areas, and then in-depth analysis of the legal deficiencies and defects in the prevention of soil pollution in rural areas. Finally, for the field of prevention of soil pollution in rural defects and improve soil health legislation of rural pollution control legal system, the development of special laws "Soil Pollution Prevention Law", and improve relevant legal system of China’s rural soil pollution prevention, to enhance the rural community soil pollution prevention awareness of the legal system.
