Study On Regional Air Pollution Zone Control Legal System In China

With the rapid economic development, China’s complex regional air pollution characteristics become increasingly evident, serious pollution of photochemical smog, and other regional atmospheric haze occurs frequently, the overall deterioration of environmental quality, a serious threat to human health, environmental safety and social development. Air pollution has fluidity characteristics, transport of pollutants is not limited to traditional administrative boundaries, but within a broader mixed flow air basin, showing mutual transmission of air pollution in the region, cross-regional pollution characteristics influence each other. China’s response to the current status quo in terms of air pollution, in the administrative governance widespread across the region and the territorial integrity of the environmental administration fragmentation contradiction. Practice and regulation of European countries shows that the successful experience of air pollution during the Olympics, joint prevention and control of air pollution has become a fundamental way, and effective measures to solve regional air pollution.
