Coal mine with complex operation and bad environment, especially with the increase of mining depth and amount, the security problem is becoming more and more outstanding, some major accidents occured subsequently. The accidents are unable to be completely inhibited, therefore, the emergency rescue after the accident aiming to reduce cost of enterprise and society is particularly important. When the inevitable disasters occur, the rescue forces should shorten response time, and arrive to the place for the rescue as soon as possible, meanwhile, how to make relief supplies timely and efficient deliver to accident site, can directly affect the whole rescue operation results. Those have become the focus of the current coal mine safety work.This paper based on the method of operational research, the model of multi-attribute aid path is founded, which includes timeliness, security and economy.By dimensionless processing of three attributes based on multi-attribute utility theory,and through weighting method the model is transform into a single attribute decision-making model, and the classical Dijkstra algorithm is improved.In this paper, emergency supplies can be divided into 13 classes according to the characteristics of the gas explosion accident. And analytical hierarchy process(AHP)concluded that life support and life rescue goods are the extremely high demand( ?1.0iW), should be prioritily given when scheduling.The paper firstly combining with the characteristics of emergency supplies scheduling, considering that there will be much of uncertain factors after the emergency happens, the multi-resource double objective planning and scheduling model is established, and the corresponding algorithm is designed; Secondly considering the high probability of continuous accident in coal mine, under the condition of the continuous consumption, the dynamic multi-stage supplies scheduling model is established, and the algorithm of solving the model is designed.Finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified through examples.
