Food Waste Treatment Technology In Qingdao And Study On Operation Management

Food waste is one of the most important in urban organic waste, including family,school, dining halls and food industry created garbage, such as food waste and food residue. One of the most main characteristic is high water content, Water accounts for 80-90 percent of the total waste; Another is that high amount of organic content, high fat and high salt.Beside, It’s so easily prone to spoiling,rot,fermentation and stink;so it would produced harmful material such as eggs and pathogenic microorganisms and mycotoxins and parasites.In May 2011, Qingdao was elected the first batch of pilot cities,which was about the waste recycle and safely disposed. so it was imminent to constructe food wastes disposal factory.Qingdao shifang is responsible for the construction of food waste plant project of Qingdao city. It began in October 2012, completed in August 2013.Since the September 2013 debugging and running, the factory got tcomprehensive acceptance,and officially launched on October 1, 2014.This article put forward the solution of the kitcien waste disposal by analyzing the city food waste treatment status at home and abroad.,and then the kitcien waste treatment scale of Qingdao city was decided. Through to the study of landfill,incineration, anaerobic digestion, aerobic composting, direct drying for fodder and principle of microbial treatment technology,we can discusse the technological advantages and disadvantages, compared from each other, we can find out the reason of Qingdao choosing anaerobic fermentation process, furthermore, improve the level of current technology would be discussed.At last, we can analysis and study every processing stage combined with specific engineering,then improve it.Through the analysis of the environment and eco-environment of Qingdao, we can take appropriate measures to prevent environment and control pollution against waste water, waste gas, solid wast. In addition, the collector system is the guarantee of food waste disposal system, is the key to ensure the normal operation of food waste treatmentplants, is also the important link in food waste recycling system. Finally,I make some suggestions about food waste industry management of the qigndao.
