Research On Therequirement AnalysisandImplementation Of LIMS In Shanghai Changning District Monitoring Station

With the guidance of the state to the information construction of various industries, laboratory information management platform in China has been rapid development. LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is a platform for laboratory automation and information management, the management of the laboratory has brought a change of progress, in the future laboratory management process, can be more efficient. LIMS application will be more extensive.This paper, by regarding LIMS project ofShanghai Changningdistrict environmental monitor station as object of study and theories on laboratory management system and project management as guidance, has made an analysis of the background for construction ofShanghaiChangningdistrict environmental monitor station and put forward objectives of constructing LIMS project of the monitor station. Meanwhile, a demand analysis of LIMS project of the monitor station is made. Through analysis of specific business procedure of the monitor station and demand analysis of major departments of the monitor station, this paper has concluded functional requirements and system structure requirements of LIMS project of the monitor station, discussed organizational structure, implementation procedure, communication mechanism and change control of the project as well as division of labor and responsibility and technical training in the process of project implementation. Basing on work structure breakdown of the project, this paper has formulated a progress plan and come up with progress control procedure and measures. Research result of this paper can be applied as reference for the monitor station to effectively carry out LIMS project and improve business operation efficiency as well as for construction of laboratory information systems of same type.
