The paper study from the gob fire forecast and integrated control technology, combining with gas and coal seam spontaneous combustion influence each other, interrelated features of the reality, achieved the method of oxygen reduction and endothermic cooling, air leakage with voltage-controling and mining goaf comprehensive fire prevention and control technology for Y type ventilation. These measures to prevention in goaf the fire fighting work carried out to provide important help.This paper proposed scheme to prevent and control of the working face potential disaster situation by using the theoretical analysis, field practice and other measures and combining the complex geological structure of mining area, the gas content is high, air leakage and other serious realistic characteristics. And the scheme is mainly aimed at the disaster prevention and control work in the mining process of working surface in the 1242-1.Through the analysis of the mining process of working surface, combined with gas and coal seam spontaneous combustion influence each other, mutual association reality characteristics can be concluded:attention should be paid to the high concentration of gas drainage work and risk as far as possible to minimize would fall in the effect of low concentration gas drainage of goaf air leakage formation.Through the concrete analysis of the working surface of 1242-1, the maximum value of the length of the spontaneous combustion zone is 81m, and at the same time determine the speed can not be less than 45m per month.Because the Y type ventilation and drainage when easy to leak out, it should accelerate the speed, at the same time take nitrogen injection grouting and blocking leakage. Due to the mining period average daily footage of 3.23M monthly footage of 96.9m. This method effective prevention and control of mining goaf coal spontaneous combustion, improves the safety in the process of coal production by increasing the recovery rate and reducing the residual coal.
