In the blast furnace ironmaking equipment and probing is used to detect the furnace burden, due to the complexity of the blast furnace conditions, making detection ruler in running speed with degeneration and nonlinear characteristics, is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, the realization of automation control is very difficult.This paper aiming at a steel plant in Guangxi 450m3 blast furnace of the sounding rod transformation project, design a site operation layer, PLC (programmable logic controller) logic control layer, a remote information monitoring layer of automation control system. In this system, using the Siemens S7-300 PLC as the main control device, control program uses the modular structure, a fuzzy PID (proportion integration differentiation) controller model probe length control system design is put forward. PC monitoring system using SIEMENS Wincc configuration software to develop human-computer interface, in order to achieve remote monitoring and control of the equipment. The design of this system not only focus on equipment intelligent, automatic operation, and focus on the data provided by the equipment reliability, authenticity, and taking account of the construction difficulty and economic cost of the equipment transformation, and has very high practicability and popularization value.The fuzzy PID controller of the fuzzy PID control algorithm and control are combined, which makes the controller with fuzzy control flexible, adaptable and intelligent degree higher characteristic, also has the PID control is simple and convenient, high control precision. In this system, how to realize the method of fuzzy PID controller in PLC, and the steps of realizing fuzzy control function in PLC program are described in detail.According to the actual operation effect of equipment debugging and later. It is proved that the system has high reliability and provide accurate data, strong adaptability, improve the functional characteristics, has been put into use, the system is running in good condition, fully able to meet the requirements of the production process.
