The processes of traditional production mode of shirt sleeve slits are complicated, and each process disperses in different station which relies on manual operation. These result in low efficiency and bad qualities of traditional shirt sleeve slits. Based on the study and analysis of shirt sleeve slits sewing process, this paper puts forward the integration process automatic sewing principle, to improve the degree of automation and precision of shirt sleeve slits sewing equipment, this paper carries out analysis and design of automatic feeding mechanism. According to the actual requirements, the designed automatic feeding mechanism includes the feed plate and feed drive mechanism, these are precisely controlled by pneumatic technology, servo motors and other modern mechanical and electrical control systems. Highly integrated, automated automatic feed mechanism can greatly improve the sleeve slits production efficiency and product performance, and plays a key role of this special sewing equipment development. The research work and innovations are manifested in three aspects:Firstly, this paper analyzed the sewing process of shirt sleeve slits, and then analyzed the working principle of automatic feeding mechanism. Based on the sewing process of shirt sleeve slits, this paper carried out the theoretical foundation for the organization analysis.Secondly, carried out motion analysis of automatic feeding mechanism and analyzed movement characteristics and implementation methods of the feeding board. And then, analyzed and designed the transmission scheme of feeding mechanism. At last, this paper developed the institutional design of automatic feeding mechanism.Thirdly, here developed the institutional design of automatic feeding mechanism.And carried out motion simulation of the main parts. After these, a trial production and some tests were carried out.Finally, this paper summarized the whole investigation for the automatic feeding mechanism of shirt sleeve slits. Additionally, the next phase for the further research has been discussed. The improvement will be made based on the tests of the equipment in the future, and the performance of the feeding equipment will be promoted to improve the precision of the whole equipment.
