Due to unique structural form, the structural force performanceis extremely complex under the action of external force. Such as stressconcentration happens for structural stiffness changing greatly in the junction ofthe large base subjected and multi-tower. The towers’ capacity and deformationneed to coordinate for the connecting body. Independence of towers leads to acomplex structure stress, array variable, serious translational and torsional coupling.With the vigorous development of the construction and the social demand forhigh building structures, Due to the complexity of the structure, the domestic andforeign scholars have conducted a lot of research on it. According to the currentstudy status, the majority of experimental analysis and theoretical research is on thetwo-tower connecting building structures with a large base subjected in theacademic and engineering circles. However, the multi-towers is very few. So it isvery important significance that study of seismic performance of the multi-towerconnecting building structures with a large base subjected.In this paper, firstly it was analyzed that dynamic characteristics and seismicperformance of structure under the action of frequent seismic by using finiteelement analysis software ETABS and formation decomposition response spectrummethod, including the cycle, formation, story internal force, inter-storydisplacement angle, stories displacement ratio of structures. In the analysis, theconnecting body and the towers of structure was changed. Then structuralelastoplastic properties was analyzed under rare seismic which is based on theperformance, including the performance point, the curve of base shear anddisplacement, inter-story displacement angle value and the development of theplastic hinge of the structures. In the analysis, the method of pushover was used byusing analysis and design software SAP2000. Through the above analysis result,the rules of the structural seismic performance were summed up. Then reasonablesuggestions were provided for the engineering design. |
