At present, there are a lot of domestic and foreign trading patterns, this paper has acomparative analysis of various trading patterns based on the choice and innovation ofproject transaction mode of the basic theory, the recommendations of China’s currenttransaction mode selection and innovative analysis are given.Firstly, trading patterns from domestic projects in the background, this paperintroduces the domestic and international trading patterns project development process,focusing on the domestic and international current popular mode of constructioncontracts characteristics and scope are described and discussed, and then introduces theproject transaction mode choice and innovation theory, practical engineering for ourenvironment and the future trend of development projects on how to choose our owntrading patterns and how to conduct innovation of projects transaction mode are givenand suggestions.Based on the various domestic and international comparative analysis of tradingpatterns, there are divided into various domestic and international trading patterns,including traditional DBB mode, engineering general contracting model, projectmanagement contract model and a variety of other innovative models, this paperanalyzes domestic and international kinds of common engineering characteristics oftrading patterns,with the comparative analysis of the differences between the variousmodes. Research the trading model development status and existing problems, analyzethe reasons for these problems and gives the country according to the specific problemof countermeasures to be taken. Introduced the project selection and innovative tradingbasic theoretical model, the focus is the transaction cost theory in engineeringapplications.
