| Sluice is low head hydraulic structures discharge of water by gates. Sluice can raise thelevel of urban water supply and has a role in flood control and drainage, Rational design ofsluice capable of forming water landscape effects, improving urban quality. This paper studies thecontent of Shangrao Shinshu hub sluice engineering design, construction and regular safetyinspection. Mainly done the following work:(1)Engineering layout and the main building design. First studied the dam and the damtype selection, based on hydrology and engineering geology, considering the project layout,reservoir submerged, visual effects and engineering factors such as investment returns, selecteddam and dam type,Then by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of differentarrangements of engineering solutions, engineering layout as: right bank diversion power plant+17holes deep main channel gate+20holes left bank floodplain shallow hole gate. Finally, studythe project’s computing of discharge capacity, pier top elevation determined, and the design ofgate hole, energy dissipation, power plants and other major buildings.(2) Construction. First study the XinZhou Project construction schedule management,including temporary housing construction, wind, water, electricity, communication systems,concrete production and transportation system overall layout and construction traffic; Then studythe foundation excavation and treatment apron and stilling basin, chamber, traffic bridges majorprojects construction; Finally studied engineering major construction projects (including diversion,dam, abutment and revetments, floodwalls concreting works) construction program.(3) Dynamic testing of pier structural. To ensure the safe operation of the project, on the pierstructure XinZhou Project conducted vibration tests. Through the prototype observation signalprocessing, identified four structural vibration modal parameters, and a finite element model ofthe measured pier structure, finite element analysis and comparison. Finally, the sluice safetyassessment, The results show that: the structure of the maximum amplitude, double amplitude andmean square satisfy the regulatory requirements; Flow induced vibration on the human body, thefeeling that the project is located Meister "quite feel" area of the curve. |
