Highway tunnel electromechanical facilities have fast replacement and many types. Atthe same time, these facilities have the role of information dissemination, data exchange, andother important safety. Therefore, we can detect equipment failure and determine the stabilityof the system via detection technology and evaluation analysis on tunnel electromechanicalfacilities. This will have a positive impact on preventing the occurrence of tunnel andalsoprovide a theoretical basis on replacement of thses facilities.Firstly, this paper introduced five modules of highway tunnel electromechanical facilities:ventilation facilities, lighting facilities, fire-fighting facilities, monitoring facilities, andsupply and distribution facilities. The main function of each module of facilities were madeelaborate, which made the groundwork for getting15sub-projects divided from tunnelelectromechanical facilities.And then, the paper discussed the highway tunnel detection technology and programs forelectromechanical facilities, which includes three aspects: test content, test methods andtesting instruments based on the15sub-projects divided from the five modules of highwaytunnel electromechanical facilities.Then, evaluation system was established for the technical condition of the tunnelelectromechanical facilities and AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model was builtbased on fuzzy evaluation method, Delphi expert method, and AHP. The weight of each indexwas deteminted by AHP and evaluation matrix was obtained using the membership function,which makes contribution to multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally, the paper conducted a case study relying in Huaying Mountain tunnel projectand the case study was made via the tunnel detection technology for electromechanicalfacilities and fuzzy evaluation method combined with the actual Huaying Mountain Tunnel.This verifys the reliability of tunnel detection technology and content, but also illustrates theusability of the evaluation method, which provide scientific data for security operationsmanagement and replacement of these facilities.
