By designing the drumstructure, putting forward the evaluation criterion of the mixing effect of rubber powdermixing uniformity, using fluent fluid software to simulate the mixing tank, and analysis themain factors influencing the mixing effect such as agitator diameter, rotating speed of stirrer,stirrer position and damper, and use the criterion of the simulation results under differentconditions to evaluate factors, then obtain reasonable values of these factors. Through thestudy of the simulation of the improved agitation tank, find its mixing effect is good, andrealize uniform suspension results of rubber powder in the matrix asphalt. |
